The world is in a state of constant changes and turmoil. We are experiencing dramatic, climatic changes and cultural revolutions where boundaries and borders are dissolving. Class structures are faltering instead of moving forward. These national class structures are also shifting and creating space for a new first-world order.

We are witnessing a world where power and politics are getting the upper hand.We are in the middle of a storm in no-man’s-land where there seems to be no end in sight and it is a challenge, making the first move to break out of this vicious cycle. The world has seen the rise and fall of innumerable civilizations. And with each new beginning, comes new energy. We are shedding our ancestries and pasts as we make room for the new generation. Some things will be lost but resistance is futile. We must clear away our past selves, the person that we ought to be, and what is expected from us in order to move forward and mature to a new type of human being. Animals and plants exhibit the same behavior, as do the seasons. Out with the old, in with the new.The system of the world is failing, which means changes will have to be made and we will need to move towards changing ourselves. Consciously we will be moving towards a world where we make our own choices and our own preferences will be the first priority. We will find ourselves in one or more human archetypes within which we can identify. We are at a turning point in this gray area where we are forced to make the next step and think about what we want in the future. Questions will arise and we will be looking at the most important moments and aspects of life with doubt.

In this period of time, we have to critically look at ourselves in order to move forward and develop. We must let go of our ego and embark on a quest to find out who we really are.

ARCHETYPES

There are several billion people in the world and many have different personality types. Some people are introver ted while some are extrover ted, just as some are driven by logic and others are driven by feelings. In a world of such diversity, how do we learn to accept who we are? People always have had the desire to know who they are.We want to know:Who am I? How do I function? What is it that makes us tick?

Carl Gustav Jung developed an understanding of archetypes. An archetype is a universally understood symbol, term, statement, or most importantly, a pattern of behavior. It is a prototype from which others are copied, patterned or emulated. Archetypes are often found in myths and stories across many different cultures. In psychology, an archetype is a model of a person, personality or behavior. The use of archetypes to illuminate literature was advanced by Carl Jung early in the 20th century, who suggested the existence of universal abstract forms that channel experiences and emotions. These channels result in recognizable patterns of behavior with certain probable outcomes.

Archetypes are cited as important to both ancient mythology and modern narratives. In order to be truly happy and satisfied we must ask ourselves questions. This is what society tells us and what is expected from us. But what do we think and feel as an individual?

We all need to know ourselves and motives more accurately. If we closely examine the driving forces within ourselves, then we are more likely to be open minded. It is the journey to self-discovery.We are influenced by many factors such as religions, the need for approval, and the drive for power. This journey will lead us to a confrontation with the unconscious. Cultures and religions, even those that do not appear similar upon first glance, share common ideas and behavior patterns. Native American Indians have certain stories in common with tribes in Africa and other cultures around the world.

Although these ideas, behaviors, and stories are in common, these people do not know each other and have no way to communicate. How and why is it that they are telling very similar if not the exact same version of the same story? The unconscious is influenced not only by our own experiences but by the collective experiences by all people. These common ideas are passed down by history, religion, and culture. This is the way archetypes are born and live in each of us.

' WE START THINKING ABOUT THE SENSE AND THE NONSENSE OF LIFE, AND HOW WE CAN GIVE MEANING TO IT OURSELVES'

UNIQUE PERSON

It is this collective unconscious that leads human beings around the world to adopt similar behavior patterns without even realizing it. In the real world, many of us unconsciously play out these archetypal roles. But often there is a more complex and unique person inside of us, struggling to be recognized. It is ok to be different, to function differently, and to make different choices.

We are to experience a reverence for life we have

actually never felt before, that we never needed to feel before maybe. By being mindful of all our actions, we will change the way we walk and talk, which will reward us with a new view on existence and a more optimistic option. We want to be freed from the uncertainties, power relations, permanent jobs the acquired rights are unstable. We will discuss the meaning of life and there will be a change in the way in which we think about life and man himself. We will think more consciously about where we want to be and what kind of person we actually are deep inside without meeting any expectations.

INNER PEACE

We start thinking about the sense and the nonsense of life, and how we can give meaning to it ourselves. In order to regain a sense of reconciliation with ourselves and others, man will go on a quest for inner peace with a renewed respect for what life is after all. Consciously paying attention to the senses and engaging in a conversation with oneself. All the negativity, relations in power, and changes in society of the past time has allowed for us to be more open to new ways and new escapes, a reborn creativity and opportunities to rise above all that has no meaning for us as a person, and embrace all that has meaning. We will grow to be a society that values the individual more than ever before.

NO-MAN’S-LAND includes eight different human archetypes arising from the current world. These human archetypes are already among us and will develop to be the new type of humans with who we will identify in the future world.Trends will change to macro trends and are focused on the individuality of the different archetypes. This way, we won’t have to follow or find ourselves massively in one trend, but in longer term trends matching the human archetype living in our unconsciousness.
